Pure Skill Scrabble

Scrabble can be turned into a game of pure skill by modifying it as follows. Turn all of the tiles in the pile face up. To begin, each player, in turn, takes one tile from the pile until all players have their seven tiles. Play then proceeds according to the existing rules of Scrabble, except that it might be necessary to set a time limit for each move in order to keep the game going at a reasonable pace.
